Brewed in collaboration with Triton Brewing Company, Sassy Pants is a kettle soured farmhouse ale finished with Hallertau Blanc hops. The gin barrel aged version is aged in second use FEW Spirits gin barrels and refermented with Brettanomyces bruxellensis.

Draft. Gin, lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with minimal head. Moderately sweet grapefruit/lemon, biscuit malt, gin, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Tasty - this works well with gin.
