Ziltoidia Attaxx is a Golden Sour with Madcap Coffee Reko blend from Ethiopia. Hazy and golden in color with a frothy white head, Ziltoidia Attaxx has a sour nutty aroma with notes of hazelnut and coffee. Mildly acidic, this Golden Sour has flavors of coffee, oak, and hazelnut as well as some funky farmhouse notes. Ziltoidia Attaxx finishes dry with little tartness.

Keg at the brewpub. Clear amber, thin fizzy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of strong coffee, earth, mildly tart berry citrus finish. Taste is coffee, tart lemon, hints of lacto. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness.

Draft. Fresh grass/straw, bready malt, coffee, and sugar aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet citrus, coffee, biscuit malt, mildly sour vinegar, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Okay.
