This ale goes through our special "kettle souring" process creating a mouth puckering light bodied ale. We then introduce sweetness by adding 200 lbs of sweet and tart apriccots.

tap at the brewpub - Pours a very hazy light orange and has a nice tart apricot smell. The flavor starts with sweet apricots then the tartness and some subdued wild yeast funk kicks in. It’s light and easy drinking, pleasantly fruity and refreshing.

Draft. Sour milk, floral apricot, caramel malt, and hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet apricot, caramel malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Not bad - easy drinking.
