Draft. Cloudy amber body with an off-white head. Aroma of raw grain, sweet bread, banana, caramel. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Fruity and sweet with a taste of raw grain.

Growler: Cloudy brown with a beige head. Coffee, banana, toasted bread scent. Taste is caramel malt, banana, wheat malt. Pretty good.

Draft (crowler). Lactic acid, banana, clove, caramel malt, alcohol, and hay aroma. Cloudy dark brown with large light tan head. Moderately sweet orange, banana, caramel malt, and mildly bitter hay and alcohol flavor. Good body - toasted bread finish. Not bad - straight forward and a bit subdued.
