Primary fermented with ale yeast, this beer spent 6 months aging with 3 different strains of Brett. Very fruity and a touch sour thanks to it being 15% Gose.

Draft. Brett, toffee malt, and hay aroma. Brown with moderate head. Moderately sweet cherry toffee malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice balance. Really nice.
