A classic example of an American Red, Rocco Red Ale has enough caramel malts to stand up to the pungent pine and citrus flavors and aromas from the Chinook, Cascade and Columbus hops. The malty goodness, balanced bitterness and plenty of classic hop character may just have you writing home to mom!

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a hazed bronze to red body and a tan head. Aromas are lightly hoppy, lemon, slightly spicy hop, slight diacetyl and some honey. Flavors are bitter with a bit of an abrupt finish. Bready, a touch of butter. Caramel, bitter with a light hop flavor. Lively, dry.
