Pours brown with beautiful red highlights. The aroma the full of toffee and chocolate. The flavor shows some graham cracker toasty-ness, even more chocolate and some hints of dark fruit. The finish is long, bringing even more chocolate. This is the ultimate session beer for fans of stouts and brown ales.
Mile Wide’s home used to be a live music venue. As such, we occasionally find remnants of that time gone by. One day, while doing some demo work in the Taproom, we found a laminated business card for a band who once played these hallowed halls. This teenage “post-hardcore” band was named Good Evening, Miss. We knew then and there that we would have to find a use for that name
Malt: Maris Otter, Special B, C-120, Flaked Oats, Rye Malt, Roasted Barley
Hops: Nugget

A little lime, some raw barley. Not the big presence that better milds have. Dark mahogany pour with ok head. Light tangy finish. Tap at brewery.

Growler: Deep brown with an off-white head. Light cocoa, toasted grain aroma. Taste is moderately sweet caramel/chocolate malts, grains.... A bit of earthy bitter. Quite a deep flavour for such a light-weight.

Draft (crowler). Cocoa malt, straw, and wood aroma. Dark brown with moderate head. Lightly sweet chocolate malt, and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Very light body. Very light - not bad for the ABV.
