This is a very special barrel in our Sour Ale Program donated to us by our friends at the Oliver Winery. The inaugural batch in Phyllis is a blend of equal amounts of Orchid and Sour Reserve aged on a polite amount of strawberries from Heartland Family Farms. Enjoy the unique development of Phyllis this year with a healthy serving of elote, grilled trout, and marscapone ice cream.

Bottle: Clear, light copper with a small white head.... Apple.....very malty aroma. Dry, acidic-feeling, fruit, basement-tang flavour.... QUITE good.....VERY, VERY DRY......really enjoyed this one.....a different vibe from the other Upland offerings.

Bottle. Vinegar, strawberry, malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Light sweet-tart floral berry, malt, moderately sour vinegar, and moderately bitter hay flavor. Very dry finish. The driest Upland sour that Iβve had to this point.
