Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Draft. Light pepper, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Black with small tan head. Mildly sweet chocolate malt, chocolate malt, light pepper, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Mildly chili pepper burn in the finish. Nice balance - spicy but heat controlled.
