A wet-hopped blonde ale. We wet-hopped with Chinook and Cascade with the help of Happy Hill Hops and used German and Scottish malts as a strong blonde background. A beer to celebrate hops and Indiana, especially when the two are combined! This beer was brewed with hops that were picked and used off the vine within a 24-hour period. 6% ABV - 75 IBU - 4 SRM

Draft: Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweet grain malt and honey aroma. Citrus, floral, grain malt and grassy hop flavour. Pretty nice.....

Draft. Grass, orange malt, and orange peel aroma, Golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter orange peel flavor. Good body. Great hop flavor.
