Mindtrap IPA2 is a bitter, yet, well balanced west coast style IPA. It is mega hopped on both the bittering end and on the 2ndry end with Falconers Flight Hops, which is a PNW blend of low alpha acid hops. With only 5% of carmel malts added for a bit of balance, we want to show of the hop profile in this beer. The Mindtrap was a big hit at our first craft beer tasting festival. It will trap yo’ mind after a couple of them.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6
Draft. Orange, caramel malt, pine, and grapefruit peel aroma. Cloudy amber wtih moderate head. Moderately sweet orange, caramel malt, and moderately bitter grapefruit peel/pine flavor. Body on the light side. Okay - flavor not as strong as the aroma would seem to indicate.
