Very pale, slightly grainy with moderate sourness, and slightly fruity. Highly carbonated for a refreshing finish, and served with a shot of woodruff syrup just like in Germany.

Draft. Sour milk, lemon, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Straw color with moderate head. Moderate sweet-tart lemon, milk, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Nice body. Tastes better than it smells.
