Draft. Ginger, lemon, coriander, wheat malt and straw aroma. Amber with medium head. Moderately sweet ginger, citrus, coriander, wheat malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Interesting. Ginger dominates.

On tap at Old Fashioned. Unfiltered glowing orange body. Thin, oily head, active carbonation bubbles. Pretty nice as far as ginger beers go, well executed. Hits the mark as a yeasty Imperial Wit, and then adds the complexity of the ginger. Pretty solid, quite drinkable. Fruity tangy ginger notes. Smooth on the palate. Nice.

Sampled from the tap at the brew pub. Pours a cloudy deep amber gold with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of ginger with a bit of citrus and ginger with a bit of wood and earthy grain backing. Flavor has a good amount of ginger with a bit of citrus and sweet grain backing.
