It's a smooth cider or a biting brown. it's not unpleasant, but it is different.

Can: Dark, amber-brown with a small beige head. Light, apple-peel, caramel aroma. Toffee malt, old apples.....a hint of coffee/nut in both scent and taste. Not bad.....a little sweet.

Can. Apple cider, nutty caramel malt, and hay aroma. Brown with nice head. Moderately sweet apple juice, nutty toffee malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Decent for a Horny Goat beer.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Clear medium brown with small off-white head. Aroma is nuts/apples, medium body, low/medium carbonation, and some small-bubble lacing. Taste is apples, caramel, some chocolate. Easy to drink, different, and pretty good.
