By the time we got through making changes to Spare Pair, we thought it deserved to have a new name. The malt profile shifted, Munich Malt compliments the large amount of Pale Ale Malt and the hint of 30 L Caramunich. This beer is very hop forward, with most added at the end of the boil including, chinook, centennial, and cascade. It gets exciting in the dry hop with Amarillo adding red grapefruit character. A hoppy but clean pale ale.

12 oz bottle - camping, 7/3/16. Citrus and grass, a bit of garlic. Pale malts. Pretty nice APA with a good flavor and a solid hop bitterness.

Bottle: Hazy amber with a short, off-white head. Caramel/orange aroma. Taste is strong orange-peel bitter...a little metallic. Very strong flavouring.. OK.

Bottle. Orange juice, caramel malt and orange peel aroma. Hazy amber with small head. Moderately sweet orange caramel malt and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Good body. Decent.
