Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy yellow-gold color with a large foamy yellow-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was grainy, citric and semi sweet. The flavor was bitter and grainy with cardboard and a noted off presence. Long off grainy finish. Medium body. Pretty bad.

Bottle. It pours a pale golden color with a creamy off white head. The aroma has lots of grapefruit, pineapple and hints of flowery hops. Pale maltiness. The flavor is more spicy hops with grapefruit and bready malt. Less flowery, but it’s still there in the background. Medium to strong spicy bitterness. Pretty nice stuff.

Odd aroma of astringent hops. this carries over to the taste as well, it is quite astringent, almost bandaid in nature. Lightly hazy & pale. Taste is difficult in its medicinal attributes. Cannot appreciate. The sharp bitterness of this makes it come across like it has more alky in it than what is listed. Yes, whewie fer sure. Glad to have had a chance to taste it but WTF is that taste? I better listen to Coast to Coast tonight with George Nori to find out what it is. This is no way an APA, its some kind of veggie brew.

bottle - Pours hazy gold and smells of citrus/floral hops and some background malt. The taste is on the more bitter end for an APA with crisp citrus accented hops. Caramel malt is in there too. Medium bodied. Good.

12oz bottle c/o Anndiesel. Hazy unfiltered orange-tan body. Sort of mellow carbonation. Drinkable, sessionable, modernish minded APA. Good.

Bottle. Lactic orange. toffee malt, and orange peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with large fluffy white head. Moderately sweet citrus, toffee malt, and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Medium body. Pretty good given it’s a low gluten beer.

Bottle: Hazy yellow-gold with a craggy white head. Lemon/grapefruit aroma. Citrus flavour.....and plenty of peel bitter. Nice and solid.

Bottle. Golden body with a frothy, white head. Aroma of bread and raw, dusty grain. Hints of pine, grapefruit and biscuit. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. The malt taste hangs out there as unclean and muddled. A light bitter astringency in the finish. Expect an APA to have some crispness about it and this has little to none of that.

Poured from a bottle dated March 18, 2015. Aroma is hoppy with quite a large grapefruit and pine resin note and some lighter dank hop notes. Some medium light cracker malt notes. Pours a hazy, golden hay color with a medium high, moderately thick, white head that recedes to the edges and lingers. Moderately high lacing and small legs. Flavor has a medium cracker malt note with a light sweetness. Moderately strong bitterness with medium hop notes. Moderate grapefruit with stronger resin and dank notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice pale ale but the hops harken back to a simpler time of hop profiles. Clean and easy drinking but with a large grapefruit and resin hop profile and not much fruit.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, from clownoisseur, poured into an English pint glass. Aroma is nice citrus hops, medium body, medium/low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is citrus hops, herbal hops, and bitter finish.
