22/IX/23 - on tap @ Borefts Beer Festival Day 1, BB: n/a (2023-613) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Clear pale beige beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet impression, fruity, a bit lemony, floral, elderflowers, some roses, smells a bit like Blanche de Namur. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very yeasty, dry, pretty bitter, more floral yeast, hoppy, ok. Aftertaste: bitter, some citrus, hoppy, a bit resinous, grapefruit, floral, a bit soapy in the finish.

Draught @ Fox and Hounds, Sønderborg, Øllets Dag 2023. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with estery touches. Bitter flavour of hops, with notes of yeast and dry touches of citrus. Dry and estery aftertaste. Reasonable.

Draught. Beery aroma, hint of dust. Almost clear golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is lagery/Radlery at first, but there is a subtle herbal citrus fruit note in the finish.

Can thanks to Alan. It pours hazy telly - golden with a thick fluffy white head. The aroma is zingy, tangy, lemony sherbet, yuzu, lemonade, lactic and sherbety. The taste is crisp, dry, sappy, lactic, tangy, lemonade, yuzu, sherbet, puckering, bready malt, yoghurt, lemon curd and mild acidity with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Zingy, puckering and puckering..
