Can, almost no head, light cloudy dark yellow colour, aroma of wheat, yuzu and a bit of toothpaste and a hint of coriander, flavor of yuzu and coriander and a bit of wheat behind, extremely dry and a bit of bitterness. Nice and just a touch mad...

Keg at BD Clerkenwell, 01/07/22. Pale golden blonde with a decent white cap. Nose is lemonade, grass, Radler like, toasted malts. Taste comprises lemonade, herb, light white peppery spice, grains. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refresher.

Keg tap at BrewDog Leicester. Mid- to dark gold and clear with no head. Light floral notes in the aroma: orange blossom and rosewater. A little bit of sweet spice. The coriander comes through strongly on the tongue, it's a sweet beer but turns relatively bitter later in the mouth. Light body with little carbonation. Hmm. Not sure about this one to be honest.

Can picked up from the Mad Scientist webshop, Hungary and consumed at home Sunday 7th March 2021 about to cook Chicken Parm Roll-Ups in the Wood Oven. Pours pale lemony colour with a white head. This is easily the best of the Mad Scientist beers that I have had from this delivery. Fresh, citrussy, lemon, grapefruit, refreshing with a nice wheatiness throughout. I really like this.

Can. Almost clear pale yellowish gold beer, small very pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, just a modest fine carbonation here. Light Yuzu, intrigues with its limey tangerine lemon thing, but this beer could do with a lot more of it. Soft floral orange on the smooth finish. Lacks a crispness that to me, this style of beer calls for, and the fruiting is far too wimpy. Disappointing.
