Our 300th batch is an American Imperial rye stout brewed with 9 malts, Belgian candi dark sugar, and flaked rye resulting in a full bodied, bold beer. Roasted, dark chocolate, and rye flavors make for a complex character and a smooth mouth feel. We share this bomber with you in celebration of a milestone in our brewery. This beer will age well, so save if for a celebration of your own. Thank you for your support of local beer!

Bottle: Black with a dark tan head. Chocolate, licorice, smoke aroma. Taste is bitter dark chocolate malt, licorice..... Strong bittering....a combination of ash, grapefruit-peel and pine....and a growing alcohol presence. Very good.

Bottle. Chocolate caramel malt, pine, and grapefruit peel aroma. Black with small brown head. Sweet creamy chocolate caramel malt and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Nice body and balance. Very good.
