Growler: (via Nate at Phaleslu’s tasting) Wet copper, with a ring of off-white foam. Wood, caramel, sugary black coffee aroma. Taste has the same notes...almost a molasses hint, sweet, brown sugar...rich and creamy, malty. Excellent...but too rich to drink large portions of.....particularly at a big tasting session.....

Draft/growler. Wood, caramel malt and herbal hay aroma. Amber with small head. Sweet vanilla caramel, coffee, malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice balance. Very good.
