The sun is high, the sky is clear, the mercury is rising — and everything’s cool. It’s summer in Wisconsin, baby, and it only comes but once a year. So ride that heat wave, bask in the glow, let your mood, mind and spirit soar right up there with that yellow ball in the sky. With one hand, drop your cares and worries and cell phone, with the other, put a kung-fu grip on this farmhouse-style saison, this coriander-and-orange-kissed brew, this delicious golden haze of a beer. Drink it in, take in the view from your personal mountaintop, and smile. Whatever the day brings, you and this brew are gonna’ face it together. And it’s going to be great.

Bottle. Lightly lemon, yeast, malt and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head and effervescence. Very lightly sweet lemon, malt, and straw flavor. Strange aftertaste - kind of tastes like hamburger. Light body.

12oz bottle. Hazy yellow-orange-tan body. Foamy white head. Peppery, spicy yeast tones. Pretty tolerable for a "session" Saison. Clove, coriander. Medium bodied, pretty drinkable. A touch thin, lacks much depth..but at the same time is a little more grounded than most US Saisons. OK.

Sample at the taproom. Hazy orange-gold color with a medium white head that recedes steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of earthy yeast, fruit and mild hops. The finish is fruity with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.
