Crafting delicious beer doesn’t start with ingredients. It starts with exploration. Back in the 90s, our constant need to experiment with culinary ingredients was considered heresy by some. But it was the passion and the constant trial and error that led to pure alchemy, and we began brewing with real fruit pulled from our brewpub kitchen. Made with sweet apricots, Aprihop blazed the trail as one of the first fruit-infused IPAs.
That ongoing journey continues today with Flesh & Blood IPA. We could save time and money by brewing with fruit extracts. But for us, authenticity counts. And when we say we brew with real fruit, we mean it.

Brewed with mouth-puckering lemon flesh, sweet orange peel and blood orange juice, Flesh & Blood balances the resinous hoppy characteristics of an American IPA with the explosive zesty fruitiness and subtle drying tartness of citrus to deliver a highly quaffable ale that’s incredibly unique and lovely to down the whole year round.

Can from. Q Club Soho, Hong Kong. Poured a hazy medium amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, orange citrus fruit, light hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter, with a crisp, fresh, zesty, juicy orange citrus fruit, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can shared from Q Club Soho, Hong Kong. Brown with a small off white head. Aroma of blood orange, citrus and caramel malt. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Had a can of this at a Smokey Bones restaurant in Florida. Golden-amber colour with a beige head, mildly creamy with good lacing. Citrus nose over caramel malts. The hoppiness is well-blended with the juice that helps the finish. Lightly dry mouthfeel. Nicely balanced IPA with mild blood orange juice, but not overly juicy.

Can from a branch of Giant in Sterling, Virginia. Deep amber in colour, with moderate carbonation. Big citrus hops, rich and slightly sweet malts, juicy orange fruit followed by a touch of lemon sharpness leading to a lingering, dryish finish. Enjoyable.
