Memory Lane is a German Pilsner style beer, brewed with all German hops, Munich and Pilsner malt. The hops are the showcase of this beer and last through the finish. Expect light and crisp, yet flavorful from the hops. We are releasing this beer on draught July 28th, then in bottles starting November, which is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. This will be added to our lineup our year round offerings, and we have pledged to continue to give 5% of the proceeds of every beer sold to the Alzheimer’s Association of Wisconsin for the life of the beer. Grandpa would be proud!

Bottle: Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Barley, light sweet lemon scent. Taste is barley malt, lemon, a nice grassy/pils bitter. Very clean....true to style.

Bottle. Milk, barley malt, and herbal hay aroma. Medium yellow with medium head. Sweet light lemon, creamy barley malt, and moderately bitter herbal hay flavor. A nice solid Pilsner - made better by supporting a great cause.

Clear gold with a frothy, well-sustained head - nose is sourish (spoiled orange juice), with moderate spicy hops and light mineral - flavor is very bitter and hoppy up front, tasting almost like an ipa - this is followed by light sourness and a fairly strong minerality - lightly sweet pils malt.character before a dry, overly bitter finish.

12oz bottle. Transparent yellow-tan, thin oily white head. Has an earthy bohemian feel, but also dirty and grainy. Mellow lager tones and mild noble hops, grassy and earthy. Kind of like Czech factory beer, which is better than US factory beer sometimes. Mundane and mediocre.
