Grains of wheat and barley + hops + drops of wit + a black pepperish spice…ah, Grains of Paradise + notes of orange and coriander + carbonation to bring out the aromatics; ( - % Belgian yeast culture = slight haze)…Mouthfeel = medium body …Eureka! Witty, a light and refreshing wit beer with engaging complexity.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pour cloudy pale golden with small white head and suspended yeast. Aroma is nice orange, medium body medium carbonation, and good small bubble lacing. Taste is orange, some coriander, and grainy.

Hazy dark yellow color good bubbly head leaves decent lacing. Orange and corriander aroma. Taste orange, corriander, spices, wheat. Wheat sour and spices dominate, a little too sour to really enjoy it. While I like wheat beers, this one is balancing on mediocre, just ok at best. Pass it...

Draft @ Sprecher. Not a bad beer overall, but nothing that special here. Sweet wheat, cereal grains and a little coriander and cinnamon. Try it on tap or buy a single, but I would say don’t buy a whole 6-pack.

From Matt at 3R6P. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a very cloudy apricot color with a large creamy white head that lingered and produced good lacing. The aroma was dry coriander and pepper without much in the way of complexity. The flavor was dryish, a touch musty and a bit chalky with moderate notes of coriander and pepper. The finish was long, dry and spicy. Medium body though chewy. Decent.

Sampled at Great Lakes Brew Fest in Racine, WI. Aroma straight clove and pepper spices. Appearance cloudy yellow, medium head. Taste soapy, orange extract detergent, tastes like the stuff that I wash my dishes with.
