Day 14 Aldi Advent Calendar. Your typical cheap lager in all regards look, smell tastes. Hay corn cardboard and malt. Not terrible for what it wants to be.

Bottle. Lightly skunky (whoda thunk from a green bottle) barley malt and hay aroma. Medium yellow with large white head. Sweet corn/barley malt and straw aroma. Light soapy finish.

Bottle: Clear gold with a feathery white head. Very mild grainy aroma. Taste is sweet, creamy, barley malt....very sweet and soft.... A bit of a mineral edge to it. Somehow, this managed to survive a green bottle, a trip across the Atlantic Ocean and distributed to Aldis grocery stores without getting skunked....I can’t explain it......Not too bad.....

Pour is a hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is grainy lager malt. Flavor is sweet sugar water with not much else. Way sweet but also completely watery. This is pretty bad.
