Bottle. So this has "poplar" in it. Not sure what that's suppose to taste like but it seems like a regular, though good tasting, IPA to me.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with medium frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is fruity malt and grass. Medium body, rye, citrus, resin finish, good.

Bottle. Amber body with a frothy, off-white head. Light aroma of toasted grain, resin and pine. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Tastes like a red ale. Mostly malts (dusty grain) and bitterness.

12 ounce bottle from Wine Warehouse. Hazy dark amber, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of herbal hops, wood, toasted malt, caramel. The taste is wood, citrus hops, caramel malt. Thin bodied, simplistic and boring, but not bad.

Bottle. Pours amber with a frothy head. Smells of peach, apricot, pine, citrus, flowers. Taste is a citrus peel mixed with pepper, glue, wood, and perhaps a bit of coffee, but just a bit.

Yeast, dandelion, lilly bouquet. Clear orange, thin yellow head, good lacing. Lilly, rosehip, and wood. Medium body, oily, easy carbonation. Multi-faceted and delicious.

Bottle: Pours hazy orange with a thick, creamy beige head. Sweet toffee, woody aroma. Taste is bitter orange malt, orange-peel, leafy hops with a strong wood tone. Pretty good, though the overt woodiness gets a little dull feeling after a bit.

Bottle. Orange malt and orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Wood, orange malt, and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Nice body. Interesting - wood does add an interesting aspect to this.
