A laidback golden pilsner that’s full of character. The fun of brewing is that it’s always evolving, even in the world’s most popular beer style, the pilsner, there’s still room for creativity. For our German Pilsner we wanted to showcase both new & heritage hops from the original hop gardens of Bavaria. The classic Noble hops offer a floral spiciness while the new varieties create a fruity & citrusy character for an elegant, light bodied yet flavorful brew.

Bottle: Bright, clear gold with a tall white head. Fresh citrus, grain aroma. Taste is light pils malt, lemon. Clean, refreshing, just a slight, mild grassy/pils bitter. Solid.

Its an OK pilsner. Clean soft malting, dry finish with a zingy hop. Little hop nose, a little peppery, resin.

Stolen from office fridge: Pours golden with small white head. Aroma is hints of citrus, a bit of that good old lager smell, which I cannot otherwise describe, nice pale malts, some spice. Taste is lightly bitter. Mostly this was just crisp and refreshing. It was also super clean. Very nice. I guess it was a bit experimental, but moreover it was just really drinkable.

Pours pale gold into a Sam glass. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving soapy lacing. Sweet hay and citrus aromas. Sweet and dry with bread and hay upfront turning to tropical fruit and bitter earth in the medium length finish.

Pour is a clear bright golden with a average white head. Aroma is some biscuit malt but also very syrupy with like a Karo corn syrup. Flavor is a little better. Some doughy grain with like a lemon-lime and finishes bitter but with a sweetness. This is not a dry cracker type pils. They made this way too sweet.
