12 oz bottle from a six pack bought at WinCo. Aroma is wet hay, bready, apple, cardboard. Pours clear golden with a long-sustaining bleach white head; laces a little. Taste is lightly sweet, finishing dry and lightly bitter with a biscuity, grassy hop flavor. Mouthfeel is creamy, body medium, perfect for style. Tasty pils; better than most bottled German examples.

12 ounce bottle into lager glass, best before 10/2015. Pours slightly hazy bright golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lemon, tangerine, melon, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of citrus/earthy hops and pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, tangerine, melon, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Moderate amount herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, tangerine, melon, cracker, bread, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Moderately dry finish. Very nice robustness, complexity, and balance of citrus/earthy hops and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors with minimal yeast ester notes present. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/sticky, and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is a very nice German pilsner style. All around good robustness, complexity, and balance of citrus/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

I thought this was a pretty solid one. Nice summer thirst quencher. Good cleannees. Not the cleanest pils ever, but it's nice enough. Would certainly drink again, especially on a hot summer day. Would probably be better out of a can.

12oz bottle. Guess this is the replacement for Noble Pils, but it has some of those newish German hops as well. Not that bad, but something about the boring dry Sam Adams yeast and the thinnish malt qualities just don’t work. Almost a lemon pine-sol thing going on. A lot better than some smaller breweries Pils, but a little factory neutered down.

12 ounce bottle, 4/22/15. Clear vibrant golden, thin creamy white head, fair retention. Aroma of grassy, citrus hops, toasted grain. The taste is doughy malt, grassy, piney hops. Thin bodied, strong lingering bitterness, strong carbonation.

Bottle. Lemon, barley malt and hay aroma. Golden yellow with large head. Lightly sweet lemon, barley malt, and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Nice body. Very pleasant - nice.

Pours a crystal clear straw from a bottle, thin white head quickly dissipates with little lacing. Light aroma, maybe some sweat in the background. Light sweetness, some bitter floral hops, tastes like what an American beer trying to be more European would taste like. Okay beer.
