Draft: Cloudy, dark amber, with a short, off-white head. Mild grain, bourbon aroma. Flavour is caramel malt, bourbon..... Probably my imagination, but I almost thought it had a slight corn cob bitter/graininess. Pretty good.

Draft. Bourbon, caramel malt and hay aroma. Hazy dark amber with small head. Sweet bourbon, toffee malt, and moderately bitter herbal flavor. Good body.

Tap sample @ Midwest SourWildFunkFest. Molasses/sorghum, sweet bourbon, oaky, fruity aroma. Murky amber with a small off-white head. Sweet bourbon, fruity plum-prune, and molasses flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.
