We took the summer version of our Belgian wit and sour aged it for 10 months in a white wine barrel. A nice sour aroma with a clean, light, and flavorful finish.

Tap. Musty vinous lemon malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow with minimal head. Sweet earthy lemon malt flavor with a hint of coriander. Very nice - a great beer.
