It’s a dark, dark secret we’ve been hiding in a corner for 1 1/2 years, and it’s finally out of the barrel. Sinner is our FEX (Foreign Extra Stout) aged in whiskey barrels from the Lone Star State of Texas. Like Texas it has some big things going on, but we love our little Sinner anyway. At 9.4% ABV it’d be a sin not to try.

Draft. Fusel alcohol, roasty malt, and prune aroma. Black brown with a minimal head. Tart prune, roasty malt, and alcohol flavor. Medium creamy body, moderate carbonation.

Draft. Astringent caramel malt aroma. Dark brown with minimal head. Mildly sweet chocolate caramel malt and hay flavor. Moderately astringent finish. A bit rough.
