Draft. Cherry, chocolate malt and alcohol aroma. Black with small head. Sweet lactic, astringent cherry and chocolate malt flavor. Strong alcohol in finish. Very boozy.

Draft @ brewery. Big fusel alcohol and Belgian yeast aroma. Balck brown with a small tan head. Belgian yeast, sweet caramel, light chocolate, and big fusel alcohol flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation. I got to talk to the brewer after I had taken my tasting notes, and he actually fessed up to the fusel note. Fortunately, it didn’t ruin the beer, but it did make it a little too harsh for my gut.
