This authentic Reinheitsgebot lager was brewed with 100% German malt and Mandaria Bavaria hops. Named for the German Chancellor Angela Merkel because we brewed it the day she visited the White House, and also because this beer is graceful and deliberate, just like the Madam Chancellor. PROST.

Draft. Light toffee malt and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet tangy light citrus barley malt and mildly bitter herbal flavor. Good body. Very nice.
