Another new Union beer this winter, The Diffie is comprised of hefty amounts of roasted and chocolate malts, making it perfect for those cold days and nights. While plenty of bold, roasty flavors come through in this beer, the lactose brings in just the right amount of sweetness to perfectly balance the roasted flavors in this milk stout.

Draft: Dark brown with a tan head. Milk chocolate aroma. Taste is sweet chocolate, milk, coffee malt. Roasty, milky, sweet.... Very good.

Draft. Milk chocolate malt and light straw aroma. Black with small tan head. Sweet milk chocolate malt and very lightly bitter straw flavor. Solid.

Draft @ Indy Winterfest. Roasty coffee malt, milk chocolate, and earthy peaty aroma. Black brown with a large pale tan head. Sweet chocolate, roasty malt, and cola flavor. Medium body, moderate carbonation.
