Dark brown in color with a heavy malt back bone this beer is brewed with pureed dates and nutmeg then over-fermented with bourbon soaked vanilla beans. Our winter warmer is the only thing to keep you from freezing your ass off with your long johns on.

sampled at brewery in Fort Wayne. Interesting to try, hard to drink more than 5oz of this, but definitely a winter warmer

Bottle. Light vanilla chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown with minimal head. Sweet light vanilla, dark chocolate malt and moderately bitter herbal alcohol flavor. Pretty rough and kind of bland.

Bottle: Very deep brown with a thin tan head/ring. Aroma is slightly spicy cocoa, tobacco.... Flavour is vanilla, plums,.....earthy and roasty....mild bourbon notes. Nicely warming....quite tasty.
