Hazy blond color with large head. Nice aroma of fresh hay, some grass, lemony leaves. Smooth and lightly sweet, with a delicate malt flavor, and rather low bitterness.
Balanced and fresh, simple but pleasant.

Pours just a slightly hazy golden color, topped with about a finger of white head with very decent retention. There is a pleasantly hoppy aroma, although I could also pick up some soury (winey) smell. The taste is pleasantly malty, balanced finishing with a moderate bitterness. It tastes like a pilsener should taste. Very nice.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch getreidig, malzig, grasig. Geschmack getreidig, malzig, leicht hopfig, grasig.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Cloudy golden, small head. Fruity nose with some boiled vegetables. Sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Sugar and honey. Low bitterness. Forgettable, at best.

Heller, südlich getreidiger Antrunk. Geringe Herbe, das Bier ist einfach gestrickt. Im Mittelteil wird das Bier etwas intensiver, es bleibt süffig, die Süße wird schwächer. Zum Ende getreidig. OK. 9/8/9/8/9/9

Bottle 500ml. @ PBF 2011Unclear light medium matt yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, malt, herbs, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sour malt - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110701]
