Bottle. Creamy vanilla caramel malt and straw aroma - does smell like cream soda. Hazy amber with huge light tan head. Slightly sweet woody caramel malt and moderately bitter herbal flavor. Pretty good.

Bottle: Slightly hazy, dark amber with a giagantic, slow dissolving light tan head. Vanilla, woody caramel aroma. Taste is creamy, caramel malt, vanilla. A light bourbon dryness.......but not much bourbon flavour...only a hint. Dry, earthy bittering.... Pretty good...a bit weak...and the never-ending giant head is really aggravating.

tap - This amber colored brew has an aroma of vanilla with a touch of caramel. In the flavor the vanilla is very prominent. There’s also some caramel and bittering hops that lend the beer and moderately bitter finish. Where’s the bourbon? It must be quite subtle. This is still a good, medium bodied brew. The finish could stand to be more crisp.
