This is a Belgian styled amber ale that has a deeply complex flavor, not unlike a rare wine. The flavor is produced by blending Belgian yeast strains,Scottish malted barley, dark Belgian candy sugar,German hops and coriander,to create a warming spicy tripel.

On tap at Turoni's, pours a hazy amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out loads of esters, some spicy Belgian yeast and candied sugar. Flavour is spicy and sweet, with loads of coriander and candied sugar, with tons of esters. Not even close to on target with this - a sweet, boozy, estery mess.

Draft. Cherry, apple, toffee malt, and alcohol aroma. Dark brown with small head. Very sweet cherry, raisin, and toffee malt flavor. Light alcohol finish. Not quite to the point of being cloying but close.
