Drank right from the can, foamed when popped. It definitely has some white attributes but there is this poking alky sharpness to it. Good sizzle I must say. Some bitterness in there, not sure if this is really a whit, you know, with all that personality present. Perhaps a too much on the spices. Sizzle keeps this interesting. Could be a little more balanced, with a few additional manners. Yes, perhaps too much personality for a witbier.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a murky yellow color with a medium sized creamy white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was strong pepper, coriander and orange. The flavor was intense orange, coriander and pepper with a a hint of hot sauce and notes of bread, dust and lemon. The finish was long with orange, coriander and pepper. Fairly full bodied. Very well done.
