The Beer Store, Southampton, PA six-pack: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is banana, spice, and citrus. Taste is too sweet for my tastes. The nice spicy flavors get overwhelmed by the large amounts of spiciness. I was not a fan of this, especially on a hot day.

12 ounce can into pint glass, no canning date. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy golden straw color with a 1-2 fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with some moderate streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, banana, pear, orange peel, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, pear, banana, orange peel, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light tartness and earthy spice on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, banana, pear, orange peel, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and robustness of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice witbier. Good balance and robustness of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Sample at the Big Tap In on 05/31/2014. Hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily. Stringy lacing. Aroma of wheat, malt and fruit. Light to medium body with flavors of spiced wheat, citrus and malt. The finish is fruity with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Hazy golden coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, flowers and bananas. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong yeastie flavour with bananas, cloves, bubble gum, wheat and passionfruit all noticeable and a light spicey dry kick at the back end. Aftertaste shows some nice light spices, a hearty bit of yeast and a floral and subdued sweetness on the back end. Overall, a nice and light wit with some nice flavours throughout with a smooth and lightly sweet finish. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased earlier today from Total Wine in Tampa, Florida on 03-January-2014 for US$1.99 sampled in my hotel room here in Clearwater, Florida on 03-January-2014.
