The recipe is best described as a hybrid of Munich Helles when pertaining to color and the malts of a Vienna Lager, taking the best of both and creating an all new brew. BBC chose this beer style because the majority of Lagers on the market today are mass marketed pasteurized lifeless brews, Louisville Lager has fresh delicate flavors of a living beer.

Bottle. Lactic barley malt and hay aroma. Pale yellow with small head. Lightly sweet barley malt and moderately bitter herbal dry grass flavor. A nicely drinkable beer.
