RedStreak is a true English-style draft cider. With a hazy vermilion hue, the scent of ripe apples and a touch of oak, RedStreak has a crisp, tart finish that pairs perfectly with your favorite mature cheddar. First grown in Herefordshire and discovered around 1630, The Redstreak bittersharp apple produced a cider so good that it was said to be fit for kings.

Enjoyed on tap at Bad Apple in Chicago, IL while dining on a gift certificate provided by friends. Appearance very dry water like, no head, light gold. Aroma is very European, like mineral water with apples. Taste is extremely dry, similar to the aroma. Its not my jam.

On tap at Revolution. Pours a clear pale yellow with visible carbonation but no head whatsoever. Aroma has a good amount of tart green apple witha strong backing dryness. Flavor is similar with tart green apple but has a bit of sweetness and a dry finish.
