Bottle at Cgravie's: Poured a reddish color with a white head. Aroma is cherry with spicy pepper. Taste is spicy pepper, cinnamon and cherry, works great together as it brings heat and sweet.

Red colour. The aroma is very light, it takes a few minutes to show some chipotle. The flavour is moderately sweet, the spice blends perfectly with the alcohol warmth and mild fruit juice.
Very good.

375mL bottle, pours a clear bright pinkish red with a tiny head. Nose is full of spicy chipotle peppers upfront, with light cherries, and a touch of honey sweetness. Flavour is more harmonious, with a wonderful blend of chipotle peppers upfront, cherries, and medium honey sweetness. Really nicely constructed. A decadent spiced mead.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Shared with Anna God. Deep ruby cherry red. Minimal or no head. Aroma is great balance of honey, cherry, candy and smoked chilli pepper. No alcohol, nice. Quite sweet, spicy, somewhat hot. Flavours are candy, honey, spice with a chestnut finish - believe me. Oily texture, very soft and drinkable, slick, wonderful finish. Great drink!

Tap at Craft Room. Dark red, cherry juice body, murky. Low fermented honey aroma with some sour cherries well integrated, but not exciting. Sweetish taste, not overdone, with honey and cherries in wonderful balance, the pepper burn hitting in the aftertaste, the chipotle taste showing up late but making its presence clearly known warming chili burn, helped perhaps by alcohol, which is absent from the taste generally . A well balanced sum of its parts, enjoyable and interesting.

Bottle at craigs, many many thanks, cloudy deep burgundy red color, aroma of cherry, spice and wood, chillie smokey, cherry flavor, quite sweet with a light penetrating sourness. Really really good, amazingly balanced.
