Vom Fass bei der Berlin Beer Week - Cloudwater TapTakeOverParty im Muted Horn 2018-07 getrunken. Hier kämpfen Aromen von Kirschen, Honig, Chilí und einige Weihnachtsgewürz recht deutlich miteinander. Der Chilianteil erzeugt eine deutlich Wärme im Mundraum. Die Kirschsäure und der Honig balancieren sich sehr gut aus. Nur die Weihnachtlichen Gewürzaromen erinnern als erhitzes Plastik, wodurch das Mett dann recht wenig Spaß macht.

Big fan of B.Nectar but a little frightend of the chili. N8ce fruityness with a well balanced spicyness.

Bottle. Clear deep pink color. Peppers are evident in the aroma, on a fruit background. Taste has peppers up front too, mild heat but strong chili presence, and the rest is cherry. Honey is pretty well hidden.

Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Clear red with no head. Sweet honey and cherries, chipotle peppers with increasing spiciness. Massive sweet and spiciness rising. Medium body, supple and no carbonation. The sweetness and cherry aroma is a bit plain and candy like but its saved by the increasing spiciness and complexity brought by the peppers. --- Beer merged from original tick of B. Bottle shared massive thanks to sjogro. Clear deep ruby with no head. Sweet cherries, soft roasted notes, sweet sugary stuff, light alcohol, light chili heat, marzipan, light lemon, soft paprika. Quite sweet and very light bitter and sour. Full bodied, no carbonation and medium chili heat. Nice stuff!

Danke an Sinh4. Weicher Beginn, wenig Honig, rauchig, dezente Schärfe. Feine konstante Kirsche, die Schärfe steigt ein wenig. Vollmundig, langer Nachhall. Lecker! 9/10/11/11/10/11

Sampled @ BKL 2018. A clear reddish purple colour. Aroma of cherries, strong honey. Taste of intense sweet strong honey, cherries, mild chili.

Bottle shared with the KL tasting crew. Poured a clear burgundy colour with a bubbly round head. The aroma is sweet honey, cherries, light chill spice. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a smooth rich sugary, dry chilli spice palate. Medium to full bodied with flat carbonation. Smooth, sweet and with a balanced and very subtle chilli burn. Superb.

Pours clear red without a head. Aroma has notes of honey, cherry and berries. Taste is medium to heavy sweet with a long honey, cherry, berry and a light chili spicy finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at Craigs Edinburgh. Clear mid brown colour no head. Sweetish aroma with dome fruit. Some heat in mouth but not over the top. Decent sweet honey and smoke heat. Decent.
