The sweet matches the heat in this brilliant wine with a kick. We started with Michigan wildflower honey and a ton of Michigan cherry juice. Once fermented, we added a lion’s share of red chipotle peppers to give it a smokey character and medium spice level. A fantastic wine for dessert. Try pairing this with rich chocolate cake.

Pours dark red, not much carbo there. Nose has beeswax, super winey. Smoke and chillies come out in the taste. Sweet and smokey. Liking this quite a lot. Sweet and smokey chilly. Very satisfying indeed. Drinks way easier than it should.

RBESG 2017, sampled on July 20, 2017.Alus Celle, Riga.From bottle.Clear deep ruby red color, some sugary residue on the glass, no legs forming straight away. Sweet, alcohol, cherries scent. Sweet, chili, cherries taste. Honey, cherries aftertaste. Smooth full mouthfeel, burning chili like finish. Very nice, very tasty, heat in it might be a bit much for some but works well for me.8/5/8/5/17=4.3

8 3 8 3 15 Bottle. Clear brown with no head. Aroma of sweet cherries, honey, cinnamon, floral notes and some fruity chili notes coming out. Flavour is heavy sweet. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap sample@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - pours red with no head. Aroma and taste is very sweet with prominent cherry, some honey, caramel sweetness, hot chilli and resonating sweet finish.
