12 ounce bottle into pint glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours very hazy golden orange color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, pepper, wheat, bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of grapefruit, pale malt, and fruity/spicy yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, pepper, wheat, bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Fair amount of citrus peel bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange peel, pear, apple, pepper, wheat, bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of grapefruit, pale malt, and fruity/spicy yeast flavors; with a good malt/yeast/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly creamy/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a very nice fruited pale wheat ale style. All around good robustness and balance of grapefruit, pale malt, and fruity/spicy yeast flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Sampled from the tap at the 15th annual MBGSF. Pours a hazy gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a note of sweet citrus with a bit of clove and wheat with just a hint of grapefruit. Flavor is a bit thin with a bit of grapefruit and wheat but really not much else.
