Uncapper is not a sweet beer, though it is brewed with a generous charge of honey from local hives. We achieve a crisp, dry pale ale from sweet beginnings by fully fermenting all of the sugars- this yields a satisfying but muted maltiness, a refreshing hop character, and a captivating honey-flower aroma and finish.

Draft. Honey and barley malt aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head and effervescence. Sweet honey, barley malt, and moderately bitter herbal grass flavor. Nice, smooth beer.
