(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, dark amber to brown colour with a light-beige and mid-sized foamy head. Slightly toasted malty aroma with a tinge of caramel, subtle berry-fruity notes and traces of chocolate. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly toasted malt character with notes of caramel and chocolate; medium-dry, slightly toasted malty finish with a tinge of chocolate in the aftertaste. 29.IX.10

Bügelverschlußflasche: A bit unclear, big off-white head that slowly collapses; quite clear caramelly and toasty nose with some berries underneath; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, watery body; slight fruity traces in the delicate sweet caramelly and bitter finish. O.K., but not great at all........

bottle from biershop-bayern.de. Deep brown colour, large and very persistent off-white head. Caramel in the nose. Full-bodied, malty base, lots of caramel, slightly dry on the palate. A very pleasant experience.
