This is our twist on a Belgian classic. Michigan blueberry juice was added partway through fermentation and again in the serving tank for a taste of the fruit's subtle sweetness. Minimal hop presence.

Draft. Blueberry, coriander and wheat malt aroma. Amber with small head. Lightly sweet blueberry, coriander/clove and wheat malt flavor. Nice balance between the wit characteristics and the fruit. Very good.
