sampled at Mad Anthony’s Oktobeerfest - Pours hazy gold and has a yeasty, earthy aroma. The flavor is lightly bitter, earthy, a touch funky, and overall is an okay brew that’s a little thinner than I’d like.

Draft @ Indy Microbrewer’s Fest. Belgian yeast, light wheat, and earthy/spciy (almost gingery) aroma. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Tart lactic lemon, Belgian yeast, and earthy/spicy (again, almost gingery) flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation, dry finish.

Draft. Dusty lemon malt, light banana, and hay aroma. Hazy pale yellow with small head. Floral lemon-banana malt, hay, and light pepper flavor. Nicely blended. Impressive - looking forward to trying more of their beers.
